We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the U.S which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Due to Federal Regulations, we cannot resell any returned Health and Beauty Body Care items, so all sales are final unless we made an error in sending an incorrect item or with prior authorization. Home and Home Fragrance products can only be returned if unopened and untested or pre authorized. All products must be received back in the same new state they were shipped out. If a product is received back that has been tested, spray seal broken or product primed for use, no refund will be provided. Please research and know the product you are looking for prior to making your purchase. Not liking a product or scent is the buyers responsibility.
For other returns, we require pre authorization before an item is returned to us. Return shipping is a buyers responsibility and only the cost of the item is refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling in both directions, are not refundeable unless the wrong item was sent. Products received damaged by USPS during a return will not be refunded so make sure to insure all returns.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us prior to returning an item. We will provide you with instructions on your return. Once an item arrives back to us in the same condition it was sent, and we verify we sent the incorrect item, we will refund the purchase price and shipping both ways.
